As the Assistant Head Coach for the Stealth Fastpitch Adams softball program, JV brings a passion for developing future leaders, backed by 27 years of service in the U.S. Navy and a proud alumni status from the U.S. Naval Academy. His leadership experience spans commanding both a squadron and a major installation, and he was honored with the 2006 peer leadership award. With over two decades of coaching women’s soccer and softball at various recreational and travel levels, he is deeply committed to fostering a positive culture and character in our athletes, preparing them for the academic and athletic challenges of collegiate softball.
