**In the event you or your team does not book at least 24 room nights thru USA Preps Hotels / HBC Event Travel Services, you will be responsible for paying a pro-rated fee of $50.00 per room night not met, made payable to USA Preps. If USA Preps doesn't receive payment, USA Preps will charge your card on file. If your team is within 80 miles of the event, your team will not be responsible for paying this fee. The address used to determine mileage will be the address on your team account. If not received it can jeopardize your teams participation in this and future USA Preps events.
